UIDAI and post payment bank can be used to update the phone number on the Aadhaar card. You can change your phone number by contacting the nearest post office. 

The system is set up to update the phone number through the postman and the village servant. CEO Sourav Khark said the Aadhaar system could be streamlined, adding that the UIDAI must add a phone number to the Aadhaar card as per the latest notification, which will enable UIDAI and government service benefits.
